How Often and What We Cover

We offer weekly, fortnightly, and monthly contracts. Most blocks with more than six flats need weekly cleaning to stay on top of it. Smaller blocks or those with lower footfall work well on a fortnightly cycle. We build the schedule around the building, not the other way around. If a block has specific problem areas, bin stores that need attention twice a week or stairwells that only need a weekly mop, we adjust accordingly. We do not lock managing agents into long fixed terms. Our standard arrangement is a rolling monthly contract with a one-month notice period.

Graffiti, Vandalism and Deep Cleans

If your blocks get hit with graffiti, we handle that too. Our graffiti removal service covers the same areas as our communal contracts, so one call deals with both the regular cleaning and the vandalism. We also accommodate one-off deep cleans for blocks that need a reset before regular cleaning starts. We provide window cleaning and carpet cleaning for communal areas too.
